Strong & Soft

Join Richelle and Meg for a 1.5 hour workshop centered around feeling both Strong and Soft in your body, because one can’t exist without the other.

Richelle will guide us through a Lagree sequence to get our bodies warm and moving.

Meg will then take over and guide us through down regulating breath work techniques and sound bath using different instruments and sound vibrations, Meg will also offer supportive touch for enhanced relaxation.

The evening will be followed by light refreshments and community connection.

Hey! I’m Richelle, the founder of Sunday Move Club 👋

As a former bodybuilder, my journey with fitness has taken many forms.

Along the way, I’ve learned that movement isn’t meant to feel intimidating or punishing. When approached with intention, it becomes a way to feel strong, grounded, and connected, not just to your body, but to your life.

Sunday Move Club was created to make that feeling accessible. A space where showing up is enough, community matters, and progress is something we celebrate together.
